Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation was founded in November 1994. Over the years Aarc-West has grown from a small specialized company into the large diversified company that is among the leaders in the Mechanical Insulation Industry today. Aarc-West operates its head office out of the New Campbell Heights Business Park located in South Surrey. Through its commitment of offering the highest level of Safety, Quality and Service, Aarc-West has garnered the trust of it's customers to complete their projects on time and on budget.

The management team at Aarc-West has extensive years of industry experience in all facets of the mechanical insulation industry as owners, project managers, estimators and field applicators. The principals of Aarc-West also take an active, day-to-day role in the business and continue to maintain a hands-on approach with the management of the company.

As President and Operations Manager of Aarc-West, Chris Ceraldi ensures that all customers continue to receive the highest standards in Safety, Quality and Service that Aarc-West has become known for.

Len Voon holds the position of Chief Estimator / Construction Manager and oversees all commercial and service work in the Lower Mainland along with making sure that all Aarc-West estimators are trained and up-to-date in the latest industry systems and methods. This ensures Aarc-West’s customers’ pricing is always competitive and consistent.

Alex Siu holds the position of Estimator / Construction Manager of commercial projects throughout the lower mainland.

In 2010 Aarc-West decided to further diversify in order to offer our customers more value-added services. We opened up Aarc-West Industrial Coatings located in Surrey, BC and also entered into a partnership with a Calgary based mechanical insulation company to form AW-NRG Insulation Services, Inc. This has allowed us to not only expand the services we offer but also to expand our territory so that we are able to service our customers wherever they need us to go.
