is a graduate of BCIT & oversees all commercial and service work in
the Lower Mainland. Len has been in the insulation industry as a manager / estimator
for the past 27 years.

Alex holds the position of Estimator / Construction Manager
of commercial projects throughout the lower mainland. Alex has been part of
the insulation industry for the past 20 years. Alex’s extensive background
within the HVAC industry has and will continue to maintain Aarc-West’s
position as a full service mechanical insulation contractor.

Len Bell - Vancouver
Island Area Manager |

Len Bell holds the position of Estimator, Project Manager and Area Manager
of our Vancouver Island operations. Len has held a provincial TQ ticket in heat
and frost insulation since 1985 working throughout Vancouver Island in the Residential, Commercial Industrial & Marine construction sectors.

Don Woollard -
Industrial Manager of Business Development |

Don Wollard holds the position of Industrial Manager of Business Development. Don
has been involved in the construction Industry for over 35 years as a tradesman,
estimator and owner. Don has estimated and managed projects throughout Western
Canada and the Yukon. Don's extensive knowledge in Coatings, Abrasive Blasting
and Steelwork will help further develop Aarc-West's strategy in providing more
turnkey services and solutions for their customers.

Terry Hoppe - Field
Industrial / Industrial Project Co-ordinator |

Terry currently holds the position of Industrial Field Superintendent
and Industrial Project Co-ordinator. Terry has been part of the insulation industry
for the past 35 years as a journeyman insulator. He has spent the last 12 years
with Aarc-West and the prior 20 years as a Field Superintendent
Terry specializes in metal layout and project co-ordination. Terry’s vast
experience allows Aarc-West to cover all aspects of the insulation industry
and to Terry’s credit various facilities have adopted his methods of craftsmanship.
Terry is currently in charge of developing & implementing Aarc-West’s
Quality Control program soon to be issued.
Terry holds B.C.I.C.A. certificates in Construction Management and Job Control,
and continuously upgrades his skills.

J. Howard (Jamie) Clark - Commercial Field
Superintendent |

Jamie currently holds the position of commercial Field Superintendent and is also involved in safety
and human resources. Jamie has been part of the insulation industry for the past 30 years as a
journeyman insulator. He has spent the last 7 years with Aarc-West and the prior 15 years as a
working job site foreman.
Jamie specializes in manpower acquisition and training, project co-ordination as well as doing
field level estimating and heat trace layouts. Jamie has taken many construction industry training
courses over the years that he uses in his day to day responsibilities at Aarc-West. Since assuming
the position of commercial field superintendent in 2002 he has overseen the completion of over
two thousand projects of various sizes.

Kevin Jensen - Service Technician

Kevin Jensen is a journeyman mechanical insulator with 15 years experience in the construction
industry. Kevin joined the Aarc-West team in 2002 and in 2003 assumed the position of small
projects/service manager. Kevin's responsibilities include managing several small projects
at a time as well as helping in specialized areas of our bigger projects. Kevin also assists
the commercial field superintendent on larger projects as needed and assumes that mantle when
the superintendent is unavailable.

Stan Zanatta - General Foreman

Stan Zanatta joined the insulation industry in 1979. Since that time he has acquired a vast
array of knowledge in our business as a tradesman, foreman and contractor. Stan has taken
many courses to increase his knowledge and hone his skills over the years including supervision,
communication, and blueprint and document reading. Since joining Aarc-West 12 years ago -
Stan has field managed some of our bigger projects including the Matsqui Prison Expansion,
The 900 Burrard Street Theater Complex and Residences, the Abbotsford Hospital
and the Vancouver Trade and Convention Center.
