is a graduate of BCIT & oversees all commercial and service work within
the province of BC. Len has been in the insulation industry as a manager\estimator
for the past 21 years.

Alex Siu - Lower

Alex holds the position of Estimator\Construction Manager
of commercial projects throughout the lower mainland. Alex has been part of
the insulation industry for the past 20 years. Alex’s extensive background
within the HVAC industry has and will continue to maintain Aarc-West’s
position as a full service mechanical insulation contractor.

Len Bell - Vancouver
Island Area Manager |

Len Bell currently holds the position of Area Manager
of our Vancouver Island operations. Len has held a provincial TQ ticket in heat
and frost insulation since 1985. Len comes to Aarc-West after expanding his
skills by working as General Manager for a local insulation contractor in Victoria,
BC. Len is currently the driving force behind Aarc-West’s gaining presence
in the West Coast Marine Insulation Industry

Jeff Bowyer - Kootenay/
Prince George Region Area Manager |

Jeff Bowyer is Area Manager for the Kootenay Region.
Jeff has been part of the insulation industry for over 23 years both as a company
owner and journeyman insulator. Jeff’s experience as a industrial estimator\project
manager coupled with his reputation in providing quality workmanship and customer
service continues to develop Aarc-West’s presence in the area

Terry Hoppe - Field
Industrial / Industrial Project Co-ordinator |

Terry currently holds the position of Field Superintendent
and Industrial Project Co-ordinator. Terry has been part of the insulation industry
for the past 35 years as a journeyman insulator. He has spent the last 12 years
with Aarc-West and the prior 20 years as a Field Superintendent
Terry specializes in metal layout and project co-ordination. Terry’s vast
experience allows Aarc-West to cover all aspects of the insulation industry
and to Terry’s credit various facilities have adopted his methods of craftsmanship.
Terry is currently in charge of developing & implementing Aarc-West’s
Quality Control program soon to be issued.
Terry holds B.C.I.C.A. certificates in Construction Management and Job Control,
and continuously upgrades his skills. |
